Castle House Residents Management Company
Castle House Residents Management Company is responsible for the day to day maintenance of Castle House which comprises of 36 self contained flats in a gated community on Castle Road.
Here are some improvements that were carried out during 2020 in addition to the regular block and grounds maintenance

Rockery Completed
The rockery was completed along with trimming of the overgrown bushes
Remove Concrete Fence
The concrete fence was removed and cleared giving more space back to the original wall.
Painted facia above all main doors and bin area.
Jet washed all pavement and external concrete areas

Refurbishment
A deep clean and redecoration to all three blocks was carried out, replacing lighting were necessary
Garden Work
Trimmed front bushes and completely weeded front and rear garden areas.
Removed 2 abandoned cars
